If I could give Fernando Acosta more than 5 stars I would. My husband and I worked with Fernando for over two years before we bought our first

home this November. When we met Fernando, we were still dating, had a small budget, and couldn’t afford the type of home we wanted to buy.

Fernando stuck it out with us and patiently checked in over the years as we saved money, looked at homes, and occasionally made an offer.

Through our time together, Fernando has been a pleasure to work with. He is extremely patient, responsive, and a wonderful source of information.

I would constantly email him asking questions about homes and his opinion. Fernando always responded quickly and was quick to get any

information on a house we were interested in. When we were serious about a house, Fernando would always visit the home and speak with the

listing agent on our behalf. When we made an offer, Fernando was very thorough going through the disclosures, explaining anything he found, giving

his opinion on a offer price, walking us through the purchase agreement, and calling us as soon as he heard from the listing agent.

When we finally got into contract, Fernando was very diligent following up with the listing agent since there were lots of pending items from the

seller. He attended our signing at the Title Company which most realtors don’t do and helped walk us through the mountain of papers we needed

to sign. After the close of Escrow, he has checked in to make sure our house was working and helped resolve an issue with the gas stove. He even

surprised us with a nice present to celebrate our new home!

We have been so lucky to have found Fernando as our realtor. Other agents constantly mentioned that we found a great realtor and they also love
